Intense basketball training that will focus on fundamentals, ball handling, offensive & defensive breakdown, footwork, rebounding, and mental toughness.
MONDAY- Ball Handling
TUESDAY- Shooting/Rebounding

THURSDAY- Defense
FRIDAY- Offense/Scrimmage

We call this class the "Comfort Zone." Participants are encouraged to speak out and express their feelings. We have various activities that help maximize self confidence and teach participants to be the best "You" that you can be. Mental Game Coach, Liza Simrell, and other Special Guests will be present throughout the week.
