An hour full of intense basketball training that will focus on fundamentals, ball handling, offensive & defensive breakdown, conditioning, and mental toughness.

Two hours of skill training that will focus on ball handling along with offensive & defensive breakdown, and Scrimmage.

We call this class the "Comfort Zone." Participants are encouraged to speak out and express their feelings. We have various activities that help maximize self confidence and teach participants to be the best "You" that you can be. Also focus on career development where we help participants recognize other  interest that can possibly be an area of study in college.
