Intense basketball training that will focus on fundamentals, ball handling, offensive & defensive breakdown, conditioning, and mental toughness.

ALL-STAR GAME
Players compete and get a chance to showcase everything they've learned from the program.
Each participant will be placed on an individual team.
Two- 20 minute halves with a running clock

We call this class the "Comfort Zone." Participants are encouraged to speak out and express their feelings. We have various activities that help maximize self confidence and teach participants to be the best "You" that you can be. Also focus on career development where we help participants recognize other interest that can possibly be an area of study in college.
