The Triple Threat program is bringing you development on a whole new level! Our 3 areas of focus are Mindset Mastery (Win from Within), Skill Development, and Speed. The total package for basketball development- mind, body, and skill. Our Threat Staff have worked extremely hard to create this program for all levels. All training is led by High School/Collegiate/Pro Trainer, Coach Mike "Good Coach," Toledo Threat Owner, Coach Sandi Brown, and staff. We will group our players to accommodate beginners and advanced skill sets!

Mindset Mastery "Win from Within"-
Life can throw a lot at our kids—and this program helps them handle it like champs. Win from Within is all about helping your child stay focused, build real confidence, and develop the kind of strong mindset that pushes through challenges. With fun group activities and team-based exercises, they’ll learn how to work well with others, bounce back from setbacks, and think like a winner—on and off the court (or classroom).
Speed Training- Move faster & improve explosion.
This isn’t your average speed program. We use a modern approach that trains your nervous system. The idea is short bursts of all-out effort and immediate short rest coupled with specific drills that target the specific muscles to increase speed! We’ll time your sprints, track your progress, and help you get faster.

Tuesdays & Fridays
3rd-5th Boys and Girls
6th-8th Girls Only
9th-12th Girls Only (Advanced Skill Session) -We do not recommend this session for entry level participants

-Range from 5:00-8:30pm
-Each session is 1 hr 15min
-We will confirm session times for each group after registration deadline.
